I just I love working as an online therapist and I invite you to work with me online, whatever your issues, needs or goals might be. You may live abroad or have difficulty accessing help or just prefer seeing someone online, or you may be struggling with shame and want to work with the video turned off or by live chat - text based. I am happy to work with you using the format you prefer - I am even qualified as an avatar therapist if you'd like to try this. Online work can be very rewarding and creative.
If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, bereavement, or gender dysphoria or maybe part of the LGBT community – these are some areas I specialise in. I only work online and am trained to do so and I hold a Diploma in Online Therapy qualification to add to my original professional qualification which is an MSc in Psychological Counselling
I usually start by having a one-off session to see how we might work together & then we work out together where to go from there. I am happy to work for one session, or short term or longer term - it's your time to use as you want and you're in charge. This is really important - I am there to help you fulfil your goals & walk along side you on your journey.
