I am a chartered counselling psychologist registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). With 15 years’ experience across the NHS, private practice and charitable sectors, I have supported adults with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I am trained in three different therapeutic modalities: humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy. This allows me to work integratively, tailoring our work to suit your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
(I also have a particular interest in treating insomnia and am trained in CBT-i.)
