Hello and welcome! I'm Philippa and I offer therapy in-person and online during weekdays.
Maybe it's one specific thing that brought you here, or a number of issues that have built up over time. If you have ADHD or Autism you may be looking for a specialist in this area who also has lived experience who can walk this path of self-discovery with you. We can examine the unique struggles that you may have had and how to understand your life experiences through a lens of self-acceptance and compassion. I hope to form an accurate picture of your difficulties and how we can approach them, together.
I specialise in working with Neurodivergence and am committed to working in a neuro-affirmative way. This means non-pathologising language; exploring life experiences though an ND perspective; focus on identifying and embracing ND characteristics and strengths; facilitating creative/novel ways of working beyond just talking. I follow your lead.
I understand how daunting it can be to reach out for help. I strive to facilitate sessions that are a warm and supportive place: our sessions are collaborative and driven by you. My focus is on building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect and dignity. I also love to work in creative ways and this can be lead by you and your interests.
