Hi! I’m a neurodivergent (AuDHD) therapist and ADHD coach, working with late-identifying adults. If you have spent a lifetime masking, people pleasing, burning out – now finally realising your struggles are explained by autism, ADHD (or both). Well, you’re in the right place. My clients are often badly burnt out, stuck in jobs they hate, relationships that make them unwell, and need time to figure out the life they want. And I get it, because I’ve been there. I offer therapy and coaching specifically related to these neurodivergent challenges because other therapists don’t always “get it”.
I work in a “neuro-affirming” way (see my website for more about this). I will support you to explore your life with an ND perspective; focus on identifying and embracing traits, challenges and also strengths. The heart of my work is helping people build self-compassion and a relationship with yourself that lasts well after therapy has ended.
