Hi, I'm Philipp! I specialize in childhood trauma, PTSD, OCD, anxiety and autism. I primarily use Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) - a gentle trauma focused method, EMDR for specific traumatic memories, CBT and advanced Mindfulness. My goal is to increase your wellbeing through trauma processing and practical coping strategies.
Over 7 years of clinical experience and 1000’s of psychotherapy practice hours have helped me become more skilled and more effective at helping my clients achieve the state of mental well-being they’re seeking. I'm constantly updating and improving my skills base as well as continuing to work on my own self - development.
