I aim to provide counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in which you can explore your concerns, feelings and whatever is troubling you. The development of trusting and warm therapeutic relationship is a foundation for gaining a better understanding of yourself and working towards the change you want and finding a more fulfilling way of living.
I mainly work in a person-centred way which is non-directive and allows the client the space to explore their concerns. It is an empathic and non-judgemental approach. I can also integrate other models of working to fit the needs of the client.
People seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons that might be having an adverse effect on their lives and often the most difficult part is the first step of reaching out. If you have any questions before you decide to go ahead with therapy I would be happy to answer them.
