Hello, My name is Philip. I work with developmental trauma and its associated symptoms, which can be wide ranging, from anxiety and depression, people pleasing and poor boundaries to poor emotional regulation and mood swings. Developmental capacities in childhood , support us as adults to engage in relationships with others and to function well in the world, however if these capacities are impacted by our early relationships and environments then we may struggle to connect, maintain healthy boundaried relationships and regulate and enjoy our feeling states, we may be prone to anxiety or depression, periods of withdrawal or shutdown.
I can support you to explore and discover what internal patterns drive your behaviour within relationships, work environments and everyday life and develop new ways of dealing with life’s challenges.
