My experience as an emergency responder, in life-threatening situations, shapes the way I work as a therapist: providing a grounding presence, with expertise and candour, and able to stay with you through what is difficult without retreating from it.
I have over twenty years’ experience working with people whose lives have been impacted by stress, anxiety, abuse, war, addiction, homelessness, abandonment, pressure to provide, phobias, social media and fame, and depression. I also work with people who struggle with behaviours they’re not proud of, want to understand themselves better so they can be kinder to themselves and others.
Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. We focus on understanding the roots of problems rather than just managing symptoms, creating space for real and sustainable change. You’ll find the work thoughtful, challenging when it needs to be, and always centered on your goals.
