The Psychosynthesis training I had is orientated towards the whole being allowing for a wide variety of techniques and methods to be used for personal integration and transpersonal Self-realisation. However, the attitude and presence of the therapist or ‘guide’, as a ‘unifying centre’, are of far greater importance than the particular methods used.
I love what I do, helping people to heal and grow. I will attend to you with a curious mind and an open heart, so that I can hear you and see you, even when the words won't come or aren't adequate to express your experience. Then, as we work to make sense of things together, changes happen and you begin to empower your inherent capacity for self-development.
