About

At times we all need support, sometimes our lives difficult and we cant or don't want to turn to family and friends. Therapy is an opportunity for you to understand yourself better, a place to share with someone who will not judge your life experience. It may be that you're experiencing; anxiety, depression, sadness, low self-esteem, anger, panic attacks, bereavement, relationship Issues, to name just a few. We are all different and together we will explore what is going on for YOU, understanding how you really feel and what you need to move from that place. Its OK to feel nervous and i'm happy to speak first to help you decide
I can help you deal with how you are feeling. increasing your self-awareness and understanding that its OK not to be OK can empower you to make positive changes. Whether your struggling with whats going on now, past experiences or feeling fearful about the future we can face these together. I have many years experience of private practice and voluntary work
Thank you for looking at my profile, choosing a therapist is a uniquely personal experience and can feel daunting, you may have already looked at a number of different therapists, so if you would like to have a chat, to find out more about me and how I work before deciding, please get in touch.
