I am a UKCP-accredited systemic psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I trained in the UK at some of the field's most respected institutions, including the Tavistock Centre and the Institute of Family Therapy. I believe in developing a strong collaborative relationship with my clients to maximize their success. My strength-based approach is rooted in Systemic Theory. Empathy and humour play a significant role in my relational style. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with a variety of social, emotional, behavioural and learning issues.

I have worked with children and adolescents that have been treated at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Since 2012 I have worked as a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with individuals, couples and families in my private practice, The Brandon Centre and The Tavistock Centre, a specialist mental health trust based in north London.

I work systemically, which means I don't see you in isolation — I look at the relationships, histories, and systems that have shaped you. What often feels like a personal failing is usually a response to genuinely difficult circumstances, and my work is to help you see that clearly and find a way forward that is authentically yours.
