I have experience working with adults and young people, who have come to me with a variety of issues including anxiety, anger, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and spiritual crises. I am also comfortable working with trauma. Through working with me, my clients have brought about significant and sustained change in their lives. I have many years of experience working with young people and adults from a variety of backgrounds, ethnicities, sexualities, genders and all faiths and none. I sometimes create music in sessions to allow my clients to process emotions and experiences that have been long buried.
I understand my job as providing a space for you where you feel cared for no matter what you say or have done, to help you understand yourself better and to help you to bring change about in your life. I do this through asking challenging questions and working together to find the parts of you that have been hidden away.
