Hi, thank you for clicking on my profile, with the world changing in unprecedented ways it is easy to feel left behind or an outsider in our lives, the past couple of years have highlighted for many the importance of Good mental health wellbeing, we were asked to give up a lot over the past two years, groups and relationships which were helping to support us were closed to us, As life begins to return back to normality, many of us will need some extra support to help us re-adjust, I offer a warm, safe, non-judgemental space for us to begin the journey
Using skills developed with my training in Transactional Analysis, I work in a relational way, encouraging us to explore anything which emerges in our safe space,
