I know when to bring in humor—and when to go to the dark places with you. Together we will look at how you got here. Through identifying your beliefs, attitudes and needs around relationships (of all kinds) and intimacy, we will find the key to unlocking your wellbeing.
My goal for you is long term change in how you feel about yourself and your relationships. I use a combination of developmental and cognitive methods to increase your sense of freedom, choice, and positive experience in relationships of all kinds. You understand yourself better and communicate yourself more successfully.
