Weds Evenings :Weekly Relational Therapy Group
I run an ongoing relational therapy group at 7:30 on Wednesday evenings; there are places for new participants. Group therapy is a first choice of treatment for those motivated to explore and enrich their communication and relationships with others in a confidential setting. Under my guidance and encouragement as facilitator in this therapeutic journey, we explore interactions, dreams and imagination and find the confidence to define and develop the therapeutic level. If you wish to pursue this, we can arrange individual sessions to think together about what you hope for from being in the group.
