I work with young people and adults, In a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space, Our lives can become stressful and overwhelming at times. Life can become too much, and it can seem impossible to find peace and balance. You may have difficult feelings or past hurts that are stopping you from moving forward so you are stuck. It can be helpful to talk to a person who is not directly involved so that you can gain more insight and clarity. I can offer you a listening ear and together we can go on a journey to which we can explore your issue. You are the person who knows what is best for you but maybe I can assist you.

My approach is warm, and friendly, with sessions tailored to you - after all, we are all completely unique. I've had the privilege to work with a variety clients, facing a variety of challenges. I specialise in anxiety, family challenges, self-esteem, confidence and disabilities.

I enjoy meeting and working with clients from all different walks of life and watching their progress as they engage in therapy and make steps towards feeling happier and more full-filled. Healing happens when we have the courage to share our story with someone who can hear it with empathy and understanding. I look forward to hearing your story.
