My main approach is Transactional Analysis Therapy, and I can also offer reflective or supportive counselling. With IRO 18,000 clinical hours, I have a lot of experience in helping people escape 'Hamster Wheel' relationship patterns, anxiety and trauma. I offer a free one hour initial session so we can discuss your goals in detail.
I was the Senior Therapist and Director of the Liverpool Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice for 20 years and have worked online for the last 4.
