I have gained a distinction in MSc in Counselling and also qualified as an EMDR Therapist (Gold Standard Therapy recognised by: World Health Organisation, etc). I am an Integrative Therapist which means that I draw on a range of different approaches to meet clients particular needs. I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor for other therapists. I offer a highly professional service which is underpinned by valid scientific research. I appreciate that accessing therapy can be daunting; therefore, I am welcoming, very accepting & do my best to create a genuinely warm & safe environment. The relationship is vital to positive outcomes.
I am able to work around a wide range of complex issues and will do all I can to support clients with their concerns to a place of increased mental health, satisfaction, happiness and well-being. Professional therapy offers a safe and supportive space for clients to grow, develop and make desired changes. I will do all I can to facilitate that process.
