I am a qualified Educational Psychologist. I assess the skills of children in their home or school setting and adults in their place of work. For young people, I write an EP report that can inform an EHCP request, mediation or tribunal. For adults, my report can lead to adjustments in the workplace. I am experienced in diagnosing dyslexia, measuring learning difficulties, and identifying neurodivergent learning styles. I give advice on behaviour, emotional issues and ADHD. My preference is to use WISC-V, WAIS-IV and WIAT-III
Clients can choose the level of input they require. For children: (i) early investigations of SEN plus a brief report (£200); (ii) more in-depth EP investigations plus a detailed report (£300 to £500) or a full IQ and academic skills investigation including an observation of the child in school (£600 to £800)
An experienced EP can identify a child's or an adult's learning needs and give advice in a detailed EP report. I prefer to meet the client face-to-face before embarking upon any detailed work. I then see the client once, twice or three times in the family home or their place of work. I am able to produce an EP report quickly.
