Feeling as though you have lost something of yourself is a lonely and disorientating place to be. A recent experience such as a relationship problem, work related stress, illness, or a bereavement may have brought you to this place, or a negative experience in your past may have contributed to you feeling this way throughout life. Working through these things, and through any symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, shame, or grief, can help you feel more whole, and to make changes for the future.
I will listen to what you bring to me in each session with respect and without judgement, and will work with you in forming a plan to help you move forward. By integrating techniques from Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Jungian, and Existential therapies I will help us to do this in a way which is collaborative and effective in making change possible.
From personal experience I know that looking for a therapist and beginning therapy can feel daunting. I work with men and women of all ages, and with a wide range of issues. Call me for a chat, or come and see me to talk about how I can help you.
