Feeling weighed down by life, perhaps feeling sad, anxious, overwhelmed or even trapped by negative thoughts. It can be hard to see the light during these dark times; this is where Counselling can help, We will explore these issues in a safe space together at your own pace. Our sessions are client led and it is for that reason we can work at a pace that suits you, so no need to feel rushed.
My aim is to understand your issues with a non-judgemental approach, providing you with the insight to own your issues can allow you to make the changes you want to make to feel genuinely accepted for who you are. I specialise in bereavement and domestic abuse, I am able to offer you the time you need to explore the mixed feelings you are experiencing.
What is important to me is to support my clients to work through their problems and worries in a safe space on a one to one basis. Through increased self-understanding and acceptance, I hope to help my clients promote positive change from within themselves. I am passionate about helping my clients and for this reason I try to keep my fees as low as possible.
