I offer knowledge and experience in areas of bereavement, depression, loss and anxiety, which are on going and highly common today. I am an integrative counsellor, which means I combined Person Centered and Psychodynamic approaches. In layman's terms, I work with your present and past experiences which give insight to why you may be having a difficult time.
Im not here to advice but to listen deeply and be a reflecting mirrow that allows you to see your challenges and ways to manage them more clearly.
