With 25yrs experience, I now seek to work with three main client groups.
1) Clients who've reached a deeper understanding of their issues, symptoms & diagnoses (via therapy &/or self-help etc), but have found that these insights have not been sufficient to end their distress.
2) Parents/carers/educators struggling with youngsters who can be violent or self-destructive, for whom traditional reward & punishment approaches fail to help (or indeed actually escalate the problem).
3) Parent-child reluctance/refusal dynamics. I can help parents who are experiencing, ‘parental alienation’, and equally, those being falsely accused of it.
As an integrative, systemic psychologist, I can pick-up where many other therapies end, offering a variety of trauma-sensitive interventions to unlock & processes entrenched conflict & distress within individuals, couples, families and broader systems.
