Do you ever feel like you're struggling to hold everything together? Are you feeling unfulfilled, unsure or overwhelmed by life? Maybe you've never really spoken to anyone about how you're feeling, or you're not sure your problems are “big enough” - or small enough - for therapy. Perhaps difficult relationships, life changes or other painful experiences have left you lacking in confidence or struggling to relate to those around you. You might feel unheard or unappreciated, but not really sure what you would say if someone was listening.
I am a person-centred therapist, which means that I will welcome and support you in whatever you bring to therapy, listening to you and working with you to explore, reflect on and gain insight into yourself and your situation in a warm, calm and confidential therapeutic space.
If you are interested in therapy with me, please get in touch via email, text message or phone call, to arrange a free 20-minute telephone or video consultation during which you can tell me a little bit about what has brought you to counselling and ask any questions you might have about me and my approach to therapy.
