I am an experienced therapist specialising in trauma and I am qualified to work with children, young people, adults and families. I have a special interest in developmental trauma and attachment, and also with domestic abuse, supporting both children and adults. I also support those with anxiety and depression, self harm and suicidal ideation. I work with people for both the short and long term, depending on individual need, and offer face to face and online appointments.

I am trained in a variety of modalities including EMDR for both children and adults, NeuroAffective Touch, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and I have a Masters in Psychodynamic therapy and Nursing, I am very experienced and support trainee and trained therapists with personal therapy and supervision as well.

Making contact is the most difficult first step. I will try my best to support you with the treatment best suited to your needs, with kindness and empathy, and I aim to provide a calm space for you where you feel comfortable to share and explore your emotional issues.
