I am a Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), trained by Marisa Peer, as well as an experienced medical doctor and life and careers coach. I have worked in the NHS and private sector for many years. I would be delighted to help you overcome whatever is causing you pain and holding you back from being your being your best self. I offer RTT alone, or in combination with coaching for further great results, putting your new understanding from RTT into practice in your relationships, work and home life.
I help adults and children with a range of issues, including low confidence, fears, stress, anxiety, sleep problems, chronic fatigue and depression. I also have special expertise in working with professionals who feel blocked by mental or physical health issues, addictions, or who are struggling within public sector organisations or the corporate world.
