I work with children, adolescents and adults with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, panic disorders, anger issues, bereavement and loss, and many other issues. My aim is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship with you to enable you to explore your thoughts and emotions which can provide
understanding as well as promote personal growth.
I use a Humanistic approach which recognises that everyone has within them the capacity to develop and grow. Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy / Cognitive behaviour therapy enables clients to transition from unhealthy beliefs to a healthier state of mind. My passion is working with, anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias. neurodivergence, ADHD and others.
I provide an out-of-working-hours Saturday service for children and adults who find it difficult to meet during the day or week.
I'm flexible , offer other communication methods to assist my clients who find it difficult to tell their story e.g. art, clay , painting and other medias i.e. games drawings to assist them with communication which enables change
