Choosing to undertake counselling can be daunting but is a brave step towards changing the parts of your life that are no longer serving you well. Together we can examine what holds you back and explore options for moving towards more wholehearted living. ​ I will not give advice, be judgemental or attempt to 'fix' you. I will give you the space to turn your problem over and examine it in the light of your unique perspective, allowing you room to see how you might proceed or understand things in a different way.
Most clients come to me because they have got stuck. Doing what they have always done has caused is not working or causing distress, but they seem unable to find a good way forward. This can range from dealing with major life trauma's or abuse to processing what life looks life after a divorce, a diagnosis, children leaving home, or a significant loss.
I offer a warm, supportive, nurturing environment in which we understand what you are struggling with, in a non-judgemental way. Together, we will explore and experiment with new tools, gaining new insights, which will enable you to live a happier, more empowered way into your future.
