I offer a humanistic approach using different techniques (creative, mindfulness, CFT, CBT, solution-focused) that help you to see things differently and find ways to move forward with a new perspective and deeper peace. I also offer children and young people counselling.
I offer Integrative counselling for people (children, young people and adults) who are struggling with: depression, general anxiety, stress, confusion, loss, existential anxiety, anger, separation/divorce, significant change in life, sexual identity, adapting to a new culture/social group, being a carer, bullying, self-harm, isolation.
