I help people with a wide range of issues including bereavement, any type of loss, depression and anxiety and am also experienced in working with adults with chronic or life-limiting illnesses, their carers and families. My experience includes working in Hospitals and Hospices and for a national bereavement charity. Do you feel lost and alone but don’t want to be a burden to your friends and family? Perhaps you feel okay and then a song comes on the radio or you smell someone’s scent and you are catapulted into an overwhelming sense of sadness. Do you put your needs behind everyone else’s or at the bottom of your to do list?

I believe that there is no right or wrong way to grieve any loss and that whilst everything around you may have changed, your life can go on and it is okay to smile and laugh again. My Christian faith informs my practice and any faith or none is welcome.
Whatever you're struggling with, there is hope of creating a new life for yourself and I start by gaining an understanding of where you are now and the challenges you are facing. Whatever your goal, I will help you to work through a loss or life transition and support you to put a plan in place to help you move forward.
