I’m an Integrative Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with many years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges and difficult times. I work with young people aged 16+, adults, individuals, and couples. My specialism is relationships — helping people navigate connection, communication, conflict, separation, trust, intimacy, and building healthier ways of relating.
I also support clients with anxiety, depression, bereavement, sexuality, self-esteem, family difficulties, stress, trauma, and times of uncertainty or change.
I draw from a range of approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs, believing there is no “one size fits all” for emotional wellbeing.
