I am UKCP registered Gestalt psychotherapeutic counsellor. I have completed a 4 year course in Gestalt psychotherapy in Edinburgh Gestalt Institute between 2013-2017. I am fully insured and as a member of GPTI and UKCP I subscribe to their codes of ethics. I continue my professional development through participating in advanced psychotherapeutic workshops, trainings and courses.
At the moment my main interest is with complex, developmental and transgenerational trauma. I’m also trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and certified in Contemporary Trauma Practice with Miriam Taylor. I interweave elements of Mindfulness with my practice and I also offer 8-week MBSR and MBCT courses.
