I understand how daunting it can be seeking counselling and finding a counsellor who you can trust and be honest and open with. In my practice in Shropshire I work with adults and couples across a diverse range of issues that arise in counselling. My areas of interest and specialism are bereavement, domestic abuse, couples therapy and psychosexual therapy. I am a person centred counsellor, but where appropriate I also draw on behavioral & psycho dynamic approaches
The fundamental part of my practice is the client-counsellor relationship, which i believe to be the heart of successful therapy. I will work collaboratively with you to determine which way of working suits your current situation and your needs.
