Hi, my name is Paula, I'm an integrative therapist working both face to face and on line. I wonder, when was the last time you allowed yourself to be vulnerable? I'm a qualified integrative therapist , working with adults, children and adolescents. I offer a range of modalities including Theraplay informed practice and trauma informed practice, facilitating working towards positive change and expanding self awareness.
The therapeutic experience is personal and one size doesn't necessarily fit all. We can explore which approach may benefit you the most and work together to bring about positive changes. The safe space offered in which you can tell your story can be life changing. Every journey starts with a step. It's ok to fall, but with help, we can get up and keep going
