Hi, my name is Paula, I'm an integrative therapist working both face to face and on line. Do you feel perhaps that the time come for you to consider change? Are you ready to take that step? Sadness or feelings of isolation may be overwhelming, you may find that a warm, safe and non judgemental space where you can share your story could be powerful. I am an enthusiastic advocate for positive emotional wellbeing and I believe that therapy is not a luxury, but an essential tool to empower and promote positive change and self awareness.
My name is Paula. I'm a qualified integrative therapist , working with adults, children and adolescents. I offer a range of modalities including Theraplay informed practice and trauma informed practice, facilitating working towards positive change and self awareness. I also offer a person centred and a psychodynamic approach.
The therapeutic experience is personal and one size doesn't necessarily fit all. We can explore which approach may benefit you the most and work together to bring about positive changes. The safe space offered in which you can tell your story can be life changing. Every journey starts with a step. It's ok to fall, but with help, we can get up and keep going
