My name is Paula. I'm a qualified integrative psychotherapist, working with adults, children and adolescents. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and warm space in which your story can be shared and your feelings can be explored. Therapy can offer change, the building of resilience and equip you with the tools you may need to move forwards.
The therapeutic experience is personal and one size doesn't necessarily fit all. We can explore which approach may benefit you the most and work together to bring about positive changes. The safe space offered in which you can tell your story can be life changing. Every journey starts with a step. It's ok to fall, but with help, we can get up and keep going
