I offer a supportive, confidential and friendly service to individuals, couples and families. You may wish to address a particular issue, or perhaps you are considering counselling because of a feeling that all is not well. Life brings various challenges. Our physical and psychological well being is affected by traumatic events, bullying, abuse, bereavement, family tensions, relationships and more. Sometimes we find ways of coping which also cause problems, examples are self-harm and addictions. I provide a non-judgmental space for whatever you wish to explore and address including anxiety, depression and emotional distress.
I provide a non-judgmental and safe space where couples and family members can express personal perspectives and improve their communication with each other. During your sessions we work with underlying tensions and events, as well as issues that you are currently experiencing in your relationships.
I counsel people with neurodiverse conditions such as Dyspraxia and ADHD. I have been awarded an online Autism Awareness Diploma. During sessions you can explore the emotional, practical and relational effects of living with your condition.
