I run a successful private practice in Petersfield in Hampshire. I work relationally and empathically with people from all walks of life, young people, mid-life, the elderly and couples. Clients come in with lots of different issues that can be very troubling. Depression can leave clients barely functioning, anxiety can leave a client cripplingly isolated. Couples are left in despair when their relationships break down. Young people are feeling desperate in a world that demands so much of them. The elderly can be full of fear at what tomorrow might have in store for them.
I offer a safe space to be yourself and engage in a process that can be liberating and life changing. Therapy is all about deepening ones self-awareness so we can make better, healthier choices. It is about empowering ourselves to meet our own needs and it is about learning how to live wholeheartedly and get the best out of ourselves & our relationships.
I understand how hard it can be to make that first call, to write that first email and make contact with a stranger who is offering to help with something deeply painful.
