As an experienced, UKCP registered, professional Systemic Psychotherapist working in Merseyside, your mental health and well-being is at the heart of my practice. I offer individual, couples and family work with children, young people, adults and/or the wider family network. With 27 years experience in the field of mental health care, across a range of services, I am able to offer assessment, formulation and tailored interventions for all those I work with.
Life can be challenging and at times our problems and difficulties can feel overwhelming to us. Sometimes we can find it difficult to make sense out of the situations we are in or feelings we may be experiencing, we may need some additional support in dealing with difficult and painful circumstances.
As a Systemic Psychotherapist my role is to offer a safe therapeutic space for you to explore and overcome some of your difficulties and challenges at a pace and style that fits you.
