Hi, I'm Paula. Taking the first step towards therapy isn't always easy. I know this not only as a therapist, but from my own experience. During a very difficult time in my life, I reached out for therapy, and I understand how daunting it can feel to ask for help. That experience showed me the value of being truly heard, understood, and supported. It also strengthened my belief that therapy can provide a safe space to make sense of life's challenges and begin moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.
My own journey shapes the way I work today. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, talk openly, and explore whatever you're carrying. Together, we'll work at your pace, building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and genuine understanding.
