I’m a qualified counsellor specialising in grief, bereavement and trauma and emergency services and military mental health who experience unique trauma in their work. I understand how the training and culture can impact how you process and manage that trauma and loss.

I offer all my sessions online, which means I can support people across the whole of the UK, from the comfort of their own home
I work in an integrative, person-centred, neuroscientific way – I tailor my approach to each individual. There’s no one size fits all in counselling. I draw on a range of evidence-based and established techniques and theories, always led by what feels most helpful for you.
