I work with couples and individuals who are struggling with relationships. When emotions are high, it's hard to think straight and know what to do next. Worry about relationships can also seep into other areas of your life, making things more difficult all round. Or perhaps you're an individual asssessing their relationship who would benefit from some structured pthinking about what's best for you right now.
My own style is both practical and supportive, looking at your needs met, and hellping you think through what's right for you. We may work with trauma, if needed, and perhaps look at communication and patterns that are keeping you stuck.
