I am a relationship therapist and work with both individuals and couples. I can help if you're struggling in a relationship, whatever that might be.
It could be that you are a couple trying to feel connected again. You could even be dealing with betrayal and loss of trust. Or perhaps you're an individual asssessing your relationship and whether you want to stay in it? I often work with people having difficulty with relationships at work, or coping with a family estrangement.
Many of my clients are also finding their relationship affected by ADHD and neurodiversity, and I can aid you in navigating through this.
My own style is both practical and supportive, looking at getting your needs met, and helping you think through what's right for you. We may work with trauma, if needed, and communication styles and patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I can also help with often unwanted and upsetting emotions such as grief, anger, sadness, confusion and guilt.
Solution-focused therapy often means fewer sessions overall, and the focus is always on helping you feel better as soon as possible. I also offer 1 and 2 day retreats to help heal after a breakup or improve communication as a couple.
