Sometimes things can become a little too much, maybe a little overwhelming and we need to talk and have someone to listen to us. A safe space just to be heard and be ourselves. As a person-centred, experiential therapist I can offer you that time and space, affordability and easily accessible counselling in the heart of Preston at a time to suit you. As a member of the BACP and adhering to their ethical guidelines, there is nothing too big or too small to bring to counselling. You are not alone and I'm here for you. I am also an accredited Rewind Therapist providing closure without disclosure for trauma, PTSD and phobias.
I am passionate about talking therapies and the change that can occur in our lives through counselling and psychotherapy. Please take a look at my website, drop me a message or give me a call. I offer an initial free half an hour appointment so we can get to know each other, and you can find out about counselling.
