I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and completed a Masters degree in specialist Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. I am available to treat clients 18+ remotely via teams, at the moment I am only available evening and weekends. Working remotely means I can treat people from the UK & Ireland easily. We can work together to address problems such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, low self-esteem and other mental health issues that may arise in your life.
