Welcome! I have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 1998 and work as a supervisor too, with practices in Exeter and London and online. I believe that many of our difficulties develop due to our early life and past experiences, including trauma. We repeat patterns in our lives hoping that things will get resolved. Sometimes these patterns are unhelpful to us. Therapy offers, in a confidential and safe space, the possible facilitation of being able to recognise these patterns and approach them from a new perspective. Though I work with all aspects of emotional and mental health and wellbeing, I have a special interest in communication, relationship and pre&post-natal issues, either with individuals or couples. Talking can be a powerful facilitator for inner-growth and improved sense of well being.
