About
Current availability - Thurs/Fri from AM to PM. We're living through a strange and uncertain time. Know that I am available to support you and that help is available. I am a Humanistic counsellor and work with Gestalt methods - please do ask if this is unfamiliar language to you. I identify as a gay man and part of the queer, LGBTQ+ and GSRD communities. I have experience working with people of a range of gender identities and sexualities (in my private work and in the past with the LGBTQ+ mental health charity MindOut) and work towards an inclusive and anti-racist practice. I am a trans and nonbinary ally and a feminist.
My counselling practice comes from my belief in the unique transformative power that every human being possesses. I provide you with an open space for exploration and creativity. I welcome any distress, confusion or pain you may be experiencing. We will meet in an unjudging therapeutic space and form a relationship which allows you to explore your emotions.
I offer one to one confidential sessions lasting fifty minutes and I work with people 18 and over. This can be for a fixed period or we can work together indefinitely and end when the time feels right. Sessions generally happen at the same time and place each week in a room or outside. Email me or phone and leave a voice message with your email address.
