Hi! I'm a humanistic counsellor experienced in working with different gender identities, relationship styles and sexualities. I strive for inclusivity and am a trans and nonbinary ally, anti-fascist, anti-racist and a feminist. I work towards an anti-oppressive practice and educate myself around intersectionality and decolonialism.
I'm queer and autistic and work with anyone who feels I'm a good match for them, regardless of identity - you don't need to be part of a specific group. I work with people 18+ one to one. This can be for a fixed period or for as long as you need support. Sessions are generally weekly at the same time.
You might be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, difficulty sleeping, low confidence or low self-esteem. You may feel trapped, lost, alone or directionless. Perhaps you are unable to make decisions or identify your needs. It could be that you are out of touch with your body or mind. You may feel it's time to reconnect with yourself. Therapy can help.
We're living through a strange and uncertain time. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're returning to it, know that I am available to support you and that change is possible. Get in touch by email and we can begin working with where you are right now, building strategies for coping, seeking meaningful change, and living with more ease.
