I am a BACP registered counsellor and can offer you a safe, warm, non-judgemental space to talk about and explore whatever you need to. I work short, medium and long-term with clients of all ages from 18 + with many differing needs, and have experience in a number of areas including addiction and bereavement.
As a person-centred counsellor with training in internal family systems, I focus on what is important to you. Our sessions will follow your pace. I won't try to fix you as I firmly believe you know what is best for you. What I will do is offer you safety, kindness, empathy and a place where you can explore the parts of you that you wish to.
