Counselling is not only about what we think of ourselves and our life but more importantly, our felt sense of ourselves our visceral experience of life and our inner experience. Giving space and awareness to our experience is what informs us of what is needed for healing, growth and change.My aim is to facilitate a relationship that is tailored to you and created with you. This provides the conditions for you to freely and safely explore the challenges you may face as well as the trauma or difficulties you have experienced.
I am open to working with various issues including existential or transpersonal (spiritual / faith) issues. I specialise in working with metaphor and imagination. Visual images can provide a deeper sense of ourselves and offer guidance for personal growth and healing toward wholeness. I believe we are each on our own path through life.
I am an integrative humanistic counsellor meaning I am informed by more than one theory of counselling. Choosing the right counsellor for you is an important decision.
