Hello, I am an experienced Psychotherapist, supervisor and teacher. I am registerd with the UKCP and qualified with a master in Psychotherapy in 2014. I work by talking with you, and seeking to understand your difficulties. Difficulties, or symptoms can come in many forms, including, depressions, anxieties, anger, addictions, compulsions and relationship difficulties. I will listen carefully to both the conscious and unconscious processes happening in our therapy and offer creative reflections that seek to create greater awarness of your internal experience and relief from distressing and debilitating symptoms.
I offer a reliable and consistent environment where the focus will be on you. As we begin our work together, hopefully you will come to appreciate the unique safety of this 'containing', environment and we will establish trust together for difficulties to be fully explored.
