Hello, thanks for looking at my profile. I am a Psychotherapist, with in-depth experience of helping people struggling with emotional and/or mental health difficulties. I will work by engaging with you to find a way to talk where together we can come to understand your difficulties and find ways forward. These come in the form of depressions, anxieties, anger, addictions and relationship difficulties. From my training and experience and I will listen carefully to both the conscious and unconscious processes refelcting with you to develop ways of being and relating that open up pathways to life.

I offer a reliable and consistent environment where the focus will be on you. As we begin our work together, hopefully you will come to appreciate the unique safety of this 'containing', environment and we will establish trust together for difficulties to be fully explored.
